The doc made this a waste of my time, everyone else was fine
The reason I am rating very poor is I have had a horrible experience with the Insurance part of the business trying to see if I need pre-approval. I called several times and NO ONE called me back. I even CALLED THE SUPERVISOR. WOW. HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS AREA.
I would recommend the care, but would caution about the difficulty of getting an appointment.
All aspects in dealing with MNGI from appointment call-in, hold time @ minimum - professionalism is top - rate and leaves me the impression that ALL staff enjoy their employment @ MNGI.

There seemed to be clear communication throughout the visit. I understand my care plan and am hopeful that it will help diagnose what's not working properly in my gut. There was a slight delay getting the procedure scheduled, but it was due to an insurance issue, not a MnGI issue.
Lab techs left me bruised and we're unable to draw blood. I will not be returning to the plymouth location for labs.
I got the discharge notes to take home.
The CA's working around the clinic were all smiles and had a contagious positive energy about them while running around the clinic doing their various duties. The environment of the clinic was overall clean, positive and outstanding. I will look forward to coming back to a place where you know the employees genuinely enjoy and care about what they do.
