In general, it was a very good visit with the doctor and clinic assistants. My concern and disappointment was with the phlebotomist who was unable to draw blood twice. I expressed my concern that I had not anticipated getting blood drawn and was concerned I needed water (I was never offered any at any point in the visit). She said she was confident that she could find a vein. She punctured one vein (she had inserted the needle and was drawing blood when she said she saw bruising and pulled out). She called in another staff person to help with drawing blood from a hand but the blood would not flow. The other staff person worked to accommodate me the next day but I now had to drive 30 minutes each way at an Inconvenient time to return for a simple blood draw. This is the first time this had ever happened to me and the whole scene felt a little chaotic and unprofessional for what was an otherwise good doctor's visit. It unnerved me and left me disappointed in that particular location clinic.
