*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Would definitely recommend MNGI to anyone.
Difficult getting follow up testing scheduled - difficult reaching the scheduling people for the endoscopy.
The staff worked as a unit. Made me happy I choose a physician so well respected by his staff.
Disscucion felt like I was involved witih making decisions
I had a lot of blood and other tests done. I can see some of the results in the portal but no communication on results.
The scheduler for my next appointment followed up the next day to schedule appointments referred by my doctor.
Even though I walked out with discharge papers concerning my visit, I also received an email message about the visit.
The MNGI portal is subpar. I get random messages for the same items or to state my acc.'t has been updated, but when logged in, I cannot tell what was updated. Check-in process is very poor - it sets up chief complaint as NOT why I was there to see MD. I would give the portal a "D" at best.
The doctor was exceptionally concerned and seemed very invested in seeing that I received the appropriate care and follow-up.
