*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Instructions on what to do next were clear.
The care plan was well-defined and addressed the issues.

the doctor & care coordinator were awesome - other staff did not communicate well with providers re: my concerns ahead of time.
The entire teamhas made this horrible life event better because at least we are in good hands we have a team that is invested in us!
The follow up phone call was not done well. Nurse seemed hurried and not well versed in what we were waiting to hear from dr. Every other part was really well done.

In general, it was a very good visit with the doctor and clinic assistants. My concern and disappointment was with the phlebotomist who was unable to draw blood twice. I expressed my concern that I had not anticipated getting blood drawn and was concerned I needed water (I was never offered any at any point in the visit). She said she was confident that she could find a vein. She punctured one vein (she had inserted the needle and was drawing blood when she said she saw bruising and pulled out). She called in another staff person to help with drawing blood from a hand but the blood would not flow. The other staff person worked to accommodate me the next day but I now had to drive 30 minutes each way at an Inconvenient time to return for a simple blood draw. This is the first time this had ever happened to me and the whole scene felt a little chaotic and unprofessional for what was an otherwise good doctor's visit. It unnerved me and left me disappointed in that particular location clinic.
