This visit restored my faith in MNGI, I had a colonoscopy (at a different MNGI location) in Dec., and it was not a good experience at all.
I felt better when I left than when I arrived.

Just tried to reschedule a follow-up appt. You are so extremely booked it is difficult to be seen.
This is my 2nd encounter with MNGI where a doctor didn't ask any questions at all about symptoms - 2 different doctors, 2 different patients (one was a relative, and a serious bowel condition was missed entirely) and the diagnosis seemed too simplistic/general. Not impressed. Probably wouldn't return if MNGI wasn't connected with North Memorial, insurance-wise.

I have seen multiple doctors and still have zero idea what I should be doing to feel better or what is even wrong. I have no idea why I'm taking the meds I'm still taking. No idea if I should change my diet. No one has reviewed my entire medical history with me or given me the slightest hint of a long term plan.
Completely confident in the procedure recommended and very confident in the doctor and his staff.
I have had a very good experience at this MNGI.
