Based on the corporate response to the data breach, I cannot in good faith recommend MNGI until this issue is resolved. I will continue here because I like the physicians and staff that I have worked with, and I don't see many alternatives without going through tons of work to open an account with another provider.
My only concern is the length of time it takes to schedule appointments for check-ups and procedures.

Like that a patient coordinator is assigned to several docs so when you reach out it is the same person.

Disappointed that I have to wait so long for next appt. Disappointed I have to be on wait list for esophagus therapist.
Great was forward. Very clear. My only concern is the inability to have an office visit in a reasonable amount of time. Today's visit was a cancellation I was lucky to get.
