I've never felt less important than I have at this clinic. I have no idea what's going on with the stool test I submitted over a week ago. Such poor service!
Bad experience -> having blood drawn was difficult. The ultrasound equipment did not find a vein. Needed hot packs. I had to power walk your office. Took around and hour for blood draw.
Very happy with professionalism and help of the care provider.
Quick and friendly.
Can't seem to find my stomach problems, pain - seems more than 135.

I believe more "care providers" need to be hired for scheduling purposes and message sending to the doctor(s). Each care provider I've reached does an excellent job - - - but, I think more are needed - In other words I think there are "under-staffing" issues.
I consider myself affluent and in possession of a very good quality home computer less than 10 yrs. old yet it does not support your patient portal. I can only wonder about the under served.
Doctor wrote out care plan and ordered future tests to help decide what could be done to deal with problems.
I had a blood test during the visit, but I have not received any results. I am not on the NextMD membership because I found it not user friendly. I no longer have an account or login.
