*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I believe more "care providers" need to be hired for scheduling purposes and message sending to the doctor(s). Each care provider I've reached does an excellent job - - - but, I think more are needed - In other words I think there are "under-staffing" issues.
I consider myself affluent and in possession of a very good quality home computer less than 10 yrs. old yet it does not support your patient portal. I can only wonder about the under served.
Doctor wrote out care plan and ordered future tests to help decide what could be done to deal with problems.
I had a blood test during the visit, but I have not received any results. I am not on the NextMD membership because I found it not user friendly. I no longer have an account or login.

It was so great to leave the clinic knowing was the plan was and the steps involved in accomplishing the plan. It was very clear, both from the doctor and from the administrative people that would be responsible for implementing the plan.

The gal that came in with the tests I was to take home did a very good job explaining each one and going through to make sure it had everything needed. Plus the option to mail in with pre-stamped was SO nice!
