MNGI was extremely slow sending a referral. I had to call twice. It took 1-2 weeks just to be able to schedule a procedure due to that slowness -
Overall, my experience w/ MNGI was excellent. I was very pleased w/*Dr. Purdue & would recommend him to anyone.
The staff was friendly but I had a long wait in the waiting room & a longer wait in the exam room. I was in the office for 1 hr. The dr. spent about 15-20 min. with me.
The clinic worked me in so I could get the pre-op & COVID 5/7 before a colonoscopy 5/10. I was thankful to get it all done at short notice! The consultation w/*Polly Nesset went well - I appreciated all the info & explanations she gave me - all good - Thanks!
Very good visit - *Polly Nesset spends time with me once very understanding.
All was explained with the after care paperwork that I was given with the next steps to be done.
My only problem is that I can't seem to get on the phone to make my next appointment!
Long wait before upper GI can be completed - from a scheduling standpoint.
good
Its unfortunate that to do a colonoscopy you need a driver - I don't have access to med transport to get to/from an appt.
