*Dr. and his staff are fantastic! Getting my initial appointment and follow up have been extremely difficult. I hope after the "COVID impact", scheduling is easier.

A bit confused about the FODMAP diet.
Poor rating because I've called twice and checked the portal for bloodwork results that are important to me and still haven't been able to access. Was told twice I'd receive a message via email but so far nothing, nada, zip.
I am extremely satisfied with my regular MNGI Gastroenterologist but he was not available for this appointment in the time frame needed.
Wouldn't go any where else refer other to you all the time.
Could not get blood draw- 3 attempts
No exit scheduler was on site so the task of being scheduled for an urgent CT was passed to a clinic assistant. This resulted in some gaps: 1) the radiology clinic received incomplete orders (they were unclear about needing oral contrast); 2) I received a call from scheduling the following day to schedule the CT scan after the CT had already taken place
I am very pleased with my care
Disappointments are hiccups with portal functionality and length of time to wait for a colonoscopy. There should be a way for md to prioritize certain patients who were recently at the ER, as I was. Very pleased that the patient portal shared with me documentation of the care plan. Thank you..
