Was given a hard copy of my instructions regarding my care plan, plus a reminder on my portal
I did not receive a follow up call to schedule prescribed X-ray imaging, as I was told would happen.I had to initiate the contact myself.
I understand the care plan, I just wish I could have scheduled follow up care prior to leaving the clinic. I was told MNGI would call me.
Overall, one of the most comfortable and friendly clinics I've been to this year.
