Disappointments are hiccups with portal functionality and length of time to wait for a colonoscopy. There should be a way for md to prioritize certain patients who were recently at the ER, as I was. Very pleased that the patient portal shared with me documentation of the care plan. Thank you..

I've heard very good things about this place. I believe it was just the doctor and his no caring attitude that hurt.

Other than scheduling issues you "run a well oiled machine". Everyone does their job efficiently, never much wait time &everyone is very pleasant to work with.

Very clear explanations. Calm/placid warning that reasonable haste was indicated w/o "scaring" me about potential findings.

MNGI is probably great and I'll be back, just never seeing that care provider again.

I waited almost 30 minutes to get labs drawn....thought that was a long time to wait for labs.

Dr. called me "dear" which I did not appreciate.

Always appreciated doctors care of me. Schedulers "blew me away" worked with my needs, included me in process all the way, managed "miracles" in this time of "wait forever to be seen."
