Very disappointing !!!!
I have received very good care - always -, staff is friendly - helpful -
It was a good experience, marred only by the very long wait (2 mo.) to see the doctor!
Patients, guests, etc., use their our phones & apparently is not read the sign in the waiting area. Improve signage!??
I feel like it would have been beneficial to have been told (by someone), while I was there, that the xray that I needed scheduled would happen at an outside facility & not MNGI. I could have also told them where I would like to schedule it at that time, instead of waiting to be called the next day & then being told all of this over the phone. Seems like it would have been easier to have taken care of those things, rather then wait for a phone call to tell me that, and then told I would need to wait for another call from the radiologist location to schedule it.
I am a senior and have difficulty driving for 45 minutes to get to a clinic for my care. Why are all the physicians opting to set up offices in outlying suburbs, and making in the city of Minneapolis very difficult to to get taken care of by my long-time physician? I know that I am not the only senior-citizen that feels this way!!!!
Good
Loved the highlighted sections on the printed out paperwork! This made it very clear.
The individual practitioners have, for the most part been fine. It's the system, the reliance on mid-level NPs and PAs and lack of effective communication between teams that I have observed.
Good
