MNGI's Clinic is located at street level in the Northeast corner of the building. You will enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building.
Our Northeast Minneapolis clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns, but is not a location for endoscopic procedures. If you are in need of a procedure, please review the listing of endoscopy/ambulatory surgery centers to determine the most convenient location for you.
Everything is fine
Great job keeping me in the loop
Length of appointments do not seem adequate based on amount of information to cover. Also, we were assured tests performed at another clinic would be acquired prior to the appointment but they were not. Therefore, the provider could not review them prior to the appointment.
So impressed and thankful for the care given at MNGI. Every interaction, from the phone call, to check in, time with the nurse, and then the provider was seamless, informative, and comforting.
The visit with the doctor was excellent however the wait with a 2 year during what should be his nap time was challenging. Due to the availability of appointments, we could not consider nap/feeding time or else we would have had to wait even longer for an appointment.
Lab staff was friendly & supportive. Results have taken a couple of weeks, so not quick.
No new plans. Same problems.
Seemed like confusion with team after seeing doctor. One staff member popped head in to say he was going to check us out, than our original came back in, then left, followed by a third coming in to check us out. Orders seemed different than what I thought we were told but wasn't addressed with doctor when we asked. Could have been our own misunderstanding - but didn't feel very reassured that we understood the tests as we left the clinic.
My son with me and explained all to him also.
Despite this being my annual check-up when the celiac panel is taken (to monitor gluten exposure) - - they evidently forgot to order it. So all I received was my iron and vitamin levels. Unimpressed.
