Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Minnesota. After she graduated, she worked as a Registered Dietitian at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. She then earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to working at MNGI, she worked as a PA in Vascular Surgery. She joining MNGI Digestive Health in 2024
