MNGI Digestive Health (MNGI) is excited to announce the availability of Online Scheduling for clinic appointments and virtual visits! This new option offers patients a more convenient way to book their own appointments for digestive health consultations and follow-ups. Until now, patients could only call during regular office hours to schedule these appointments or submit an online request form asking for a MNGI scheduler to call them back.
This new Online Scheduling feature allows patients to choose from available time slots, providers, and preferred locations from the comfort of their home, any day of the week and any time of day. Patients can access the new Online Scheduling platform through MNGI’s website and are then redirected to a secure Luma Health scheduling platform which provides MNGI’s available appointment options. Scheduled appointments are then confirmed with the patient through text messages.
Additionally, MNGI will be expanding the Online Scheduling feature later this year to also include online scheduling options for regular screening colonoscopies. This development is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to improve patient accessibility and streamline the care experience.
