Overall - you guys are spectacular. I came to you because I was SO impressed with the staff at the facility near 280 when I brought my girlfriend in. One thing I did find annoying was that After I had seen Dr. Smith, the gal that called me back to schedule my colonoscopy appt. was going to ask me a battery of questions regarding my personal health stats (at my work phone). No problem with calling me at work to simply SCHEDULE the appt. But I was NOT prepared to answer all those personal Detail-y questions over the phone at Work. I was thinking, "Why the hell is she going to ask me all this stuff?? It's already on my file, isn't it? So anyway, I just calmly told her I would call her back. (From home). Maybe data simply takes a long time to get from one file to another...

I have found in my office visits and procedure done a very well run "machine" - everyone appears to know exactly how to do their jobs to keep everything running smoothly.

I noticed that everyone in the entire office was happy and worked as a team. It appeared that the office atmosphere was extremely positive and that everyone like their job. I rarely see that demonstrated so profoundly in health care.

It is odd that no one asked for history, info on me. No one said they had rec'd any test results. I wasn't confident anyone had read over anything on me or my problem beforehand. The assistant nor the doctor asked where the history form was.

I have already referred others with my condition to Dr. Bahadur.

I found the information about purchasing the colonoscopy medical supplies in the packet I received when I left. I don't remember it being mentioned. Maybe my memory is bad.
