Appointments are very far out!!

The whole experience was quite positive, which, as a first visit, gives me total confidence in my providers, diagnoses and treatment plans.

When I leave the office I have a clear idea of what happens next. The printed information is very clear.

Please work to improve communication I need not have had the bad experience I had if communication has been clear and pertinent prior to my appointments!

I like that you provide the proper care plan before leaving the office -

No final care plan yet. Although the next steps in the assessment were described well.

I do not quite understand what's next.

I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Trauma is serious I didn't get to see the dr. I was told I was seeing. The whole experience was disastrous.
