Your entire MNGI is extremely disjointed. No one person ever truly knows or understands what the other person is doing. I have been disgusted since starting here with the ineffective lack of communication, especially since you should have every detail of every encounter in the EHR. Many times I am told completely different things. I don't feel Gastroenterologists take their patients seriously and understand that severe gastric or colonic pain is much, much worse than just a "little tummy ache". It is life-altering and debilitating!! Trying to get care for severe GI issues is virtually impossible!!

This was the first time in over 7 months I felt that someone in the medical profession was listening to me and understanding what I was saying.

Staff & care coordination very caring.

Everything they made it easy to understand & didn't mind for many my questions & take time to ans. me.

It took three days to reach medication order to WALGREENS, In spite my reminders, otherwise, it looks nobody understands nor they care.

Appreciated the follow up call and written report.

Was given literature on my condition and appreciate having the patient portal for easy access if I have questions.

I really like having a paper copy to take home of the medical plan.
