*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Every thing was written before I left and the staff did a follow-up call the following day.

Great visit
I have always been very impressed with MNGI, I've had other procedures done by them, and always pleased with the care I received. Would recommend to family and friends, which I have. Never a bad experience with them ever.
An employee came and got some blood out of my arm and I was trying to talk to her and she was very rude and disrespectful saying she know how to do her job and she never did allow me to get the question out before she got smart and told me that she was a good sticker but she was a very poor disrespectful lady so that made my day counter icky cuz I don't like conflicts and she should have waited and let me ask the question she should have waited to answer it other than that I was very pleased but she was rude and disrespectful

Office staff and nurses have all been excellent. Especially the RN who has given me many Remicade infusions.
Received both verbal and written care plan with the understanding that if I have questions, I can email through the patient portal or call to determine if an appointment is needed.
I love organizations and this visit was well organized. The printout of the visit was excellent and easy to understand.
