Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance and not the main lobby of the building. Our Pediatric clinic is a great place to schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns. Good
I was satisfied with the care.
My only complain was during blood draw a guy came in seeing if we needed help while two others clearly were fine and my child was nervous but doing okay then he said "oh does she not like this" and my kid burst into tears realizing the situation and became a lot less cooperative about the blood draw. I'd go over what is appropriate to say around kids. She didn't know how to react yet but the positive energy between me and the two nurses kept her calm until the guy walked in and she heard she doesn't like this. The created a very negative experience for us.
It is hard to put it in words I feel safe!
Only issue we had was that we had asked for the numbing spray for my daughter before the blood draw and that never happened - wasn't even asked about by the tech so that shows that they don't read all the notes before doing the blood. Also, it's been a week with no lab results, I inquired about it within the first few days to get an idea about when the results would be in and I am still waiting for an deer or blood results. I was told the genetics testing would take longer, which is fine but didn't expect to wait so long for blood test results.
Would be nice if we could schedule follow up appointment at the clinic. We were told we had to call in to schedule.
