Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance, not the main lobby of the building. You can schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns here. Everything with the appointment went great
The lab was very bad in drawing blood he did not wrap my arm and had me hold the spot while he took car of viles blood was dripping
In general: I have seen Dr. Hanouneh several times over the past couple of years. He has always been very professional & relatable. His explanations & treatment plans have been well understood by my husband & I. Also, I've been very pleased with the availability of speaking to someone (coordinator, etc.) whenever I have had a question or concern -- they have always responded in a very timely & courteous manner.
Left feeling discouraged and unheard.
Difficult to discuss procedure while still waking up from anesthesia but I appreciated being able to bring someone else back and that I got a printout. It would have been helpful if that printout summary had also been sent to my portal digitally
The doctor was unable to help me but referred me to dermatology.
I had to call in for the test results which I find unnecessary in the day of email. That is my only complaint - let the patients know their test results!!
The staff by far are the most caring I have ever experienced
