Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance, not the main lobby of the building. You can schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns here. Excellent job all around! Office was decorated cute for kids too. I used to work at mngi, it's a fabulous company!

Referred to further help, not yet seen, some things unclear for view. Will hopefully be cleared up.
The physician and nursing staff are amazing! Scheduling is a nightmare and staff is unwilling to assist in offering other options. It is very difficult to navigate a chronic illness with your child and it would be nice to have flexibility in scheduling. My husband and I both work and it is extremely difficult to schedule any appointments when you are only given very limited options. This is a huge financial expense for our family and we can not jeopardize our jobs and some flexibility with scheduling would be something nice to offer.
Office experience was terrible. Besides what I already mentioned:CA/PA weighed my teenage daughter, facing the scale, without asking any questions. This is the first provider in YEARS that has done that. My child eats, but most of her friends don't. I thought it was standard practice to not show teenagers their weights anymore. He also took her blood pressure over a large sweatshirt with her legs crossed, which does not allow for accurate reading. After the provider left our room, we waited almost 30 minutes for paperwork to leave. We were there for 1.5 hours beyond our check in time for less than 15 minutes with the provider, and we were the first appointment of the day. I can't imagine how bad the waits get later. Dr Aurora was great though, that's the only reason we will consider returning.
