Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance, not the main lobby of the building. You can schedule an office visit or consultation for digestive concerns here. I called to request the appointment and was notified when an appointment became available. the appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to conflicts: once with the drs schedule and once with my schedule. everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.
The care plan was laid out and explained thoroughly. I gained a wealth of knowledge.
The doctor explained everything very well. I also like the ability to call the clinic with questions.
Excellent attention to detailed planning.
Again, everything was great except for the Phlebotomists.
We cannot get any xrays or ultrasound done at the GI clinic. We have to go to a hospital. That is inconvenient and overall service feels incomplete.
Please provide a child changing table in the bathroom that is back by the rooms/nurses station.
