Our MNGI Digestive Health Clinic is located at the street level in the Northeast corner of the building. Enter using our outside entrance, not the main lobby of the building. Overall the office staff were very kind and compassionate. I am frustrated that the office didn't request my sons ultrasound so that Dr Kevan could make a definitive diagnosis. She said they would call and get it, but never did. I eventually called my sons pediatrician to ask them to send it over. Then I got called later that day from your office asking us to schedule labs. Again I'm frustrated because the labs are only supposed to be done when my son is having an episode, so no one is reading the Drs notes, they are just blindly calling. And even though the ultrasound had been sent hours prior, it still hasn't been put in my sons chart so it's another 24 hours before the Dr even has access to it (what I was told from the office staff). It does not seem like this office is very organized.
The staffs shown good quality of cares & for the patient & love for her health.
Car s an done 5 days ago. Ordered first available and yet no results. Hard on the families when I know Ct's are read that day. Should not take this long to communicate when cat scan ordered first available.
We had lab attempt to be drawing. I also draw blood for a living- so I told her which was his good arm she not oy went to other arm but she used a 21 GAUGE NEEDLE on a 2 year old!!! I Would NEVER put a child through that. She missed his vein of course because she didn't listen to me. I got the orders and drew him AT HOME by myself and brought to the lab I work at. I just can not even believe someone would think to use that big of needle on a child when she was already having trouble feeling where his vein was.
All staff were courteous, helpful and understanding. A very pleasant visit and informative.

The staff during attempts to draw blood were amazing. Even though we weren't able to get what we needed, they did a top-notch job and their absolute best with him.
The last 6 months have been a rollercoaster - not getting appointments scheduled for months out and not getting my sons needs/concerns addressed in a timely manner, however, I think we are finally on the path to improvement and have a good plan of action.
We are nervous & called a lot & they were very helpful & patient with us.
