Positive, engaging staff. Personable and the staff was genuine in their demeanor & care for me.

The biggest problem is unavailability of appointments. The follow-up appointment is scheduled over a month after my procedure. Inacceptable !
There was a bit to remember with what we covered and that is not one of my strong suits. Everything was spelled out on the paperwork I was given to take home so that was no big deal.
Made sure I had a printed copy of my care plan before I left office.
