Overall, was good experience and a thorough explanation of a plan going forward with description of expectations.
I greatly appreciated receiving the doctor's notes printed out for me.
I appreciated the very clear next steps on the print out I was given as I let. Now I know I won't forget the tests and med. changes I need to make. Very nice staff. Thank you.

The "nurses" who attempted to take my blood caused more pain and discomfort due to their obvious lack of knowledge on how to complete that task. I was left in pain and with multiple bruises due to their lack of skill and practice.
