This was the best experience with MNGI I've had. I've been to MNGI many times finally found Dr. Pico to be very good and informative. Gave me the info from the test he ordered, now I know what to do
All of the staff I encountered exceeded my expectations. The care team has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient at every step in the process.

This last office experience and follow-up has not been positive.
Informed me of all my issues.
I spent a good deal of time filling out my patient history (conditions, current Rxs, allergies, etc.), but when I log into my patient portal, it shows all of my old Rxs without any of the information I recently filled out. This makes me worried that I may not receive the best care because of a mistake that could be avoided because information wasn't updated correctly.
