I would recommend MNGI because of the expertise of the doctors (NP, & PA's) I saw in the hospital.
CARE PLAN & SCHEDULING MY NEXT APPOINTMENT WAS WELL COVERED BY THE NURSE.
Everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the medical assistant and physician, as well as the woman that called to schedule the colonoscopy, were so respectful. It was evident that the practice made respect for the patients and their privacy a high priority. Customer service doesn't seem to get a lot of attention in medical practices. It was very evident that all of the individuals that I encountered had received training on the art of customer service. What a difference it made for my visit. Thank you.
Really I liked all
Dr Hanounah was recommended and he took over my care. When I first met with Dr Hanounah he was familiar with my situation and had reviewed my history and test results. From the beginning he listened, was respectful, had new ideas, communicated effectively, and frankly knew what he was doing. Finally I felt something proactive was being done. My experience with Dr Hanounah was outstanding. I think he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I really like him! I would absolutely recommend him to others and I am extremely pleased with his care, kindness, and expertise.
