After the visit we walked to scheduling to make an appt for the recommended procedure at an opening the following day; However, after reviewing the printout of the procedure instructions it showed the appt time on a different day than discussed back at the office. Not a major issue but had to call back to have the appt day fixed.

I understood the follow up plan but there was no resolution regarding a change that needed to happen in my care to prevent risks that were informed to me by my provider.Additional feedback: MNGI is observed to be disorganized and poor patient care with office visits feeling hurried, uninformative, and care complacent. I continue with MNGI because they have a monopoly on GI care but overall I am greatly dissatisfied with this clinic.

From diagnosis to ERCP completed in 7 business days. Obtaining MRI schedule date was limiting factor. Results to ERCP in less than 2 days = phenomenal.
