*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
In a very uncomfortable situation all involved were professional & courteous at all times.
Very positive experience.
No care plan. Yet - still trying to diagnose problem.
I'm not accusing anyone of anything I'm just telling how I felt and how my experience was.
I was told I would hear back from her about scheduling amazingly, once she spoke to the doctor. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I finally called in, & then we were able to get an order issued to do an MRI enterography. I would have preferred to get it scheduled sooner tho.
#1. Too long to get appointments 7 weeks (really!??)
Instructions for follow up were clearly explained and reviewed. I would recommend this clinic & *Dr. Kandiel.
Instructions for prep were very bad- terrible please read over carefully and make changes to be more understandable!
I feel very well taken care of at MNGI and feel very fortunate to be able to see Dr. Skagen.
Dr. supposedly gave my care plan to her, but didn't give anything to me in writing.
