Staff worked well together while I was there but I'm still waiting for a phone call to get an additional test and appointment with the liver clinic that was based on the message from the doctor with my portal test results. I was told that scheduling calls me to set up appointments like that but I likely will have to call the clinic to get that scheduled just to keep my care moving.

Loved my nurse and doctor. My overall experience was way better than than I though it would be.

I received a thorough plan of action in print, which was great.

Everything was explained very clearly to me.

Difficulty getting answers from prior authorization team. Insurance told me one thing and team told me contradictory into - delayed the testing and timeliness of getting my prescription.
