While the doctors & staff were nice, the office side is terrible. I would be mailed duplicates of paperwork I got during the appointment, billed for something I paid digitally a month after I paid it. It took three weeks to be mailed my test results when I was told I was to be called. Everything involving paper has been a PAIN.

I've always been happy with my MNGI care and all communication with staff and providers.

I had a problem getting blood drawn on my last visit a year ago. Mentioned it to the doc & requested someone with the most experience this time. Unfortunately, she tried twice with no success. I left w/o getting a blood draw because of it.

I was told to call them if there was any problem in the future. Well, I had pain the next day, but what could I expect them to do that they hadn't done the previous day? When I mentioned MNGI in a conversation with friends, several had been there and liked them. I don't know if their problem was solved, but I have to give them a chance in the future as I don't know of any better alternative.
