Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I left the appointment happy with the conversation and conclusion that the appointment came to. I understood, and better yet, agreed with the plan of action that was spelled out.

I really like the Doctor and his staff, but I have horrible memories of how a colonoscopy 8 years ago at this facility with a different doctor/staff went. Uncontrollable bowel with a feeling of isolation and neglect. I can't recommend the facility. I'm still trying to overcome those feelings and memories.

I feel that the doctors and staff are genuinely interested in my good health and keep a close eye on me. I feel that I am truly cared for and have never received better care anywhere than I am currently getting at MNGI.

Lab technician is a delight! She has an infectious personality. She also estimated when blood test results would be back.

Very good experience.

When I went to have my blood taken for labs the nurse back there was busy so the one who brought me back jumped in and took my blood. It was very nice to not have to wait.

Everything was great except calling and waiting on phone and not having any "EMERGENCY" appts. for 2 weeks.

The only issue was waiting to get an appointment.
