The assistant had told me that someone would be calling me back yet this morning to arrange for tests but no one called, which was understandable because of the Holiday timing. I called MNGI back on Monday and they informed me about how they set up tests.

I will not recommend treating at MNGI because of the apparent lack of sophisticated records systems and delays and lack of quickly getting lab tests and records to primary providers. Very frustrating

Difficult to get appointment in within short amount of time.

The reason for prescribing an endoscopy was explained very well.

Good experience

My husband was very sick, and the doctor was supposed to order a CAT scan but no one called me for an appointment. So, I called another provider and made another appointment. However, had to cancel as my husband was very sick and went to emergency hospital. I don’t know by someone didn’t make an appointment for a CAT scan.

This is my second experience with mngi and I don't think I will be returning. Since my first experience, at another location broke trust with the company, I almost tossed the baby out with the bath water. But, I gave your company a second chance at another location. After this experience, I plan to seek same services from another Healthcare organization.
