I hesitate to praise Dr Gunaratnam to the skies and back, because I'm certain he will attract a large group of loyal patients. I was blown away by his demeanor, his patience, his knowledge, his willingness to answer questions. And the answers were all thorough and understandable. I was so impressed that I did something I have NEVER done before in my long life at a first appointment. I asked If Garry Nims (of whom I am sister and guardian) could become his patient. Please be kind and good and generous with Dr Gunaratnam. He is definitely a keeper.

I already knew all she said from the follow-up phone call. So I cancelled the follow-up visit after the next procedure. Now waiting to get the upper endoscopy done.
The PA could not have been more helpful. Even responded immediately when I called back regarding the cost of the prescription, and provided an alternative in my insurance carrier would accept.
