Very pleased with inf they gave me
Everyone took a vested interest to make sure I was comfortable, and made me feel at ease. This situation can be a bit uncomfortable being probably 99.9% of people don't like to discuss It or deal with It. However In this case I was completely at ease and was not apprehensive at all.
PAC even gave me her number to call if I have questions or concerns.
Very good experience in general, except that they did not notify me that they were switching my doctor. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful, in my opinion, and definitely colored my overall experience.
The blood draw people were gentle and willing to let another one try when she couldn't get in after 2 tries.
I am so pleased *Dr. Bethany Fiebelkorn Kennedy PHD, LP is on staff at MNGI! I have a colostomy which has been very difficult and causes many bad issues. She helps me navigate the difficulties.

I've been with you for years and even though I moved two hours away I drive back to MNGI.
I have NEVER had a bad experience at MNGI.
Very disappointed and discouraged. I'm worried every time I eat. I have a very high deductible on my insurance and this was a waste of my money and time.
