I am very pleased with *Dr. Stern & her staff - Very caring, & supportive.
I knew the next step, but not the overall plan/sequence of events.
I understood what she wanted me to do, I just was not going to do it. I had already tried her plan in fact I've tried them all. None of them worked.
Staff helped a lot over the phone w/questions and concerns.
