Nice to have the doctor call to report lab results and answer questions if I had any.
I came away he was not aware of the pain I was having & said my meds would be in his notes to me and never was given any notes.
We could have discussed various approaches to increasing a medication, but follow up through the patient portal was excellent.

I understand more now than when I first came in.
Appointments with *Dr. Grudell always excellent - confident email - portal follow up not so great - no feedback - confusing feels like someone else is responding to her portal.
After this appointment and being forgotten about I came back 2 days later to hear the the pillcam equipment had been sent to a wrong location. Another hour delay.
Dr Solem, as always, was very thorough, caring and informative.
Everyone was great.
A plan was in place and follow up is going well. An appointment for a procedure is already setup.
