Very good
Good experience
The person closing out the (don't know what her title was) was rushed, disorganized, and did not follow through on what she said she would do. She was going to send me home without getting the doctor-ordered vaccines. I have to come back for follow-up vaccines. There is nothing about getting vaccines and follow-up shots in the paperwork that was given to me about my appointment. I don't know when I am supposed to come or if I need an appointment. She said she would put the information in the portal and didn't. I prefer not to ever be seen by her again even though I know that isn't possible.
Coon Rapids MNGI have been outstanding in their communication, They are all professionals in their jobs which you don't always see at other Healthcare places. I have rated very good on all my responses because this facility goes above and beyond their caring for their patients
I had had many poor experiences with your clinic prior to having this practitioner recommended. In fact I had fired your clinic twice before. This was a pleasant improvement.
Your clinic needs to update the automated phone reminder sent to patients . The message we received just 2 days prior to the appointment was all about having to wear surgical masks the entire appointment. We almost cancelled the appointment due to the anxiety this message caused in our household. We were very relieved to arrive in the office and find no one wearing masks and realize that the content of the phone message was misinformation.
The staff and the MD made me feel very comfortable and offered suggestions & probable solutions to my issues.
May be standard, but Dr. Ran blood tests my primary already ran. I was concerned the communication between primary and specialist was not exactly where it should be. The portal communication system was great in that I could communicate quickly with my provider, but it was a bit difficult to navigate. I was not clear on how and when any results would be communicated to my primary. For future appointments I was left wondering if someone would be calling me or if I was suppose to call someone to schedule.
Excellent care provided. Thank you.
1. I'm a bit surprised there's no physical assessment per MD. 2. Medication list on discharge summary needs help; not always accurate.
