I was asked by the assistant and the doctor if I had any questions. I appreciated that the doctor asked if I had any more questions, and prior to my leaving the assistant came back in and asked if I had any questions or if I needed anything explained. I was very impressed by the assistant. I was very happy with the level of care provided by the doctor.

This was my first visit at this clinic and 1st with this provider - Was very satisfied!!
I do not feel I had a good experience with this office or doctor, but I am willing to try another doctor at another office.
For the first time, I felt there might be a solution
Cohesive accept for the nurse and the lack of not having all of the records-as I explained the importance of them .
Every base was covered for me.
Everything was explained to me by the doctor and the assistant also with a law with A copy of everything that was discussed. And procedures that were going to be done later and continue with medication, etc..

I was told that there would be a scan ordered, but the next day when I received a text message to schedule that scan, I was kept on hold for about ten minutes. Then a staff member told me that the doctor had not put in the request for the scan in the system. This delayed my ability to follow up and take the next step in my treatment.
