The patient care coordinator, *Donna, along with my provider is WHY I stay with this clinic for these years. Previous PCC were great but *Donna is superior!
I'm surprised (shocked) that a 10 minute virtual meeting costs $400, & insurance only covers $100 of it. Seems quite high to me.
*Emily H. is responsive, logical, ensures I understand the care plan. Efficient yet pleasant.

Overall, good experience. I appreciate provider's expertise. I just found that he assumed I did not have certain symptoms because he did not ask, until I mentioned them as visit was wrapping up.
Thankful for MNGI and feel I will receive high quality health care! Appreciate continuity of care where I can get the care I need from *Dr. Stern, nutritionist and follow-up procedures, colonoscopy.
