I was very fortunate to have the connection with *Dr. Grudell. She is an awesome doctor!
they gave me a printed letter of the whole appointment so I could read about it and that helped me understand it better.

When I left the office I wasn't aware that I had to make my own appt. for the orders that the dr. ordered.

I also get my infusions there, staff is amazing, always on time, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Blood draw: after they finally got 2 vials and I was told I was done. Then, just before I left, they called me back for another vial - 4 staff later they finally got one. Once I was home, I noticed they drew 2 vials for ZINC, do not know why they needed 2.
Had a bad experience with medication, called clinic my doctor was not in they informed doctor on call, don't believe he or she understood what was the real problem then I was prescribed another medication bad experience. Haven't heard from my doctor yet.
*Dr. Vancura made me feel like I was his only patient. Very caring person. I feel better after seeing him.
