They seriously were the dream team!! What an awesome experience!
I also get my infusions there, staff is amazing, always on time, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Blood draw: after they finally got 2 vials and I was told I was done. Then, just before I left, they called me back for another vial - 4 staff later they finally got one. Once I was home, I noticed they drew 2 vials for ZINC, do not know why they needed 2.
Had a bad experience with medication, called clinic my doctor was not in they informed doctor on call, don't believe he or she understood what was the real problem then I was prescribed another medication bad experience. Haven't heard from my doctor yet.
*Dr. Vancura made me feel like I was his only patient. Very caring person. I feel better after seeing him.
My doctor is amazing. So grateful.
Have recommended MNGI to everyone I know! Many excellent physicians. But, *Dr. Grudell always has that special touch!
Care plan was thoroughly covered during visit... the plan was well documented clearly & given to me to refer to at home.
I felt good when I left because I had confidence that I would feel better soon.
This trip helped me none, but I'm sure the bill will say otherwise! Very dissatisfied with this visit.
