The assistant left the room when the computer did not respond. I think she may have consulted with a co-worker.

I already suggested the provider to a family member.
Was disappointed with the transmittal of blood test results. Nobody called. If I hadn't called, I would have waited two weeks to find out what was happening (by mail).
Very easy to talk to and feel confident about info given to me
Only complaint I have is still having an issue at one of the sites on my right arm where an injection was to have taken place. Arm still very sensitive after a week since treatment and still has a noticeable bump on arm.
This was my first visit with Dr. Grudell and I was extremely impressed with her. She read my file before coming in and was very up to date on what was going on with me. I'm so very happy to have found her and will continue with her as my primary now that Dr. Stolltenberg has retired.
Grudell is very knowledable and empathetic
I was not informed that I was going to the lab. I just sat for 5 minutes and then got up to leave. The RN saw me and updated me on the wait for the lab.
