Overall a great experience
A subsequent letter I the care portal nicely clarified my care plan.

The dr. & staff are great. Appointment availability is the issue. Also not allowing more than one appt. to be scheduled at once was a problem. Requiring an in-person appt. to be cancelled when a virtual appt. was necessary for an issue is unacceptable. PA recommends 1 mo. follow up and nothing available for 3 months.
