I answered poor to this question because I was not sure where to put my concern. After the nurse gave me my care plan, she took me back to the lab to take my blood. I asked her why she was taking my blood. I was only there to see the PA so they would refill mu prescriptions. I had no medical issues at the time. She confirmed my name and birth date, but I continued to question the blood test. She then asked me for my care plan paperwork back and said she would me back. After about 5 minutes she came back and told me that there was a mix-up and I she would not be drawing my blood. Thankfully, she caught the mistake, but I doubt if she would have had I not been so persistent. I was not very happy. Not because I was afraid of a blood test, but because it was totally unnecessary and if this was a mistake, what else might be.

The experience I had with events leading up to this visit gets an F grade. The banding procedures unfortunately left me a lot, worse than when I started. I am experiencing a lot of discomfort, and face surgery. This is nothing against the physicians, I've seen who have been caring. My dissatisfaction relates to the inability of MNGI to see me in a timely basis after experiencing significant pain, and discomfort after the third banding in December.
I did not feel that my Nurse Practitioner truly understood how I felt and what I was experiencing with my gastro Intestinal problem. She did not take the time to question my symptoms more thoroughly.She could have been more attentive.
