I really liked my visit at Mingi.
Very good.
Waited over 10 minutes for an assistant to bring me my paper work
I was told I would be prescribed a medication but after checking in with my pharmacy twice in the following days they still had not received the Rx. I had to call/leave voicemails multiple times with MNGI to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy since the provider never did write and Rx. It took almost a week to get the Rx.
Referred for a procedure but no timeline or scheduling info relayed
Highlighted everything on care sheet, made it very easy to read and understand.
Good explanation of what I will be doing ongoing
They treated me very well, very kind.
Overall a great experience
