We did not discuss when I should be seen again. I am assuming 1 year if I don't encounter any issues? I am completely satisfied with the answers to my questions, which included medication and condition management in the short term.
One of the recommendations from Dr. Rudolph was to insert a device that would track my ph and acid levels; I found out after the scheduler called me that this device had substances to which I had allergies (nickel) and I wish this had been better described by the doctor at the time of my visit so I could talk through concerns.
Horrible!! He had no idea what he was doing! He stumbled over his own words. Told him about my heart burn & the need to take a pill a day. Wanted to put me on meds but couldn't take any other pills with it for a month. No suggestions about my heart burn meds. Who does that?
Staff should have discussed a plan for not having to wait two months for an appointment.
The doctor was out standing in all aspects of the appointment.
Good.
Good.
I have seen Dr. Toriz 4 times. Always very pleasant, explains everything well.
Follow up = difficult, delays from office twice.
If Doctor Leon moved to the jungles of Brazil, I would still see him for my yearly office visits. He is that good!
