*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Much better experience at Bloomington location. Staff were much more kind & provider showed gratitude & respects.
Your staff even called me to tell me Mayo Clinic received my referral and would be calling me. Since I moved to the metro area I have never had such good follow up and care.
Had a few follow up questions after Doctor left room and lab tech doing my bloodwork took questions down and called me with answers before I even hit the freeway home

I have gone to MNGI for many years & have always felt I was well taken care of.
When I was hospitalized I don't think MNGI and Fairview Hospital communicated well together.
I have recommended many other people.
Good doctors, but MNGI has a bureaucracy problem. Examples include difficulty scheduling appointments, dropped medicines not updated in chart, faxes not input into your system in timely manner. The exception is specialized scheduling. That process works great. Maybe it's smaller group or there's greater focus because infusion is profitable and there's competition from other providers.
