*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
The paperwork helped. I think it went a bit fast and I wish I had more educational materials handed to me and someone to talk to if needed.
Good experience
I had to have labs done after my doctor visit, and there was a definite delay in getting that done, without explanation that it may take longer than usual to get the labs done. That was a bit frustrating.
I was not happy about going to hospital for the procedure. My understanding that it would be done at the clinic. Later it was clarified and will be done at the clinic
Excellent job of explaining my care plan going forward.
The blood draw, done by the tech, was painful the minute the needle was inserted. The bruising/swelling increased and lasted about 10 days.
I had some lab work done and everyone at MNGI was incredibly friendly, caring and helpful.
I was disappointed that it took over 2 weeks to receive the hard copy of the summary of my visit.
My visit to MNGI was outstanding. So happy to see caring staff and medical providers.
