*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I was pleasantly surprised on how well the whole process of checking in, to the assistant coming to get me taking my vitals and asking me questions, to the time the PA came in and spent whatever amount of time we needed to have a great appointment. I read reviews that didn't quite make me feel super excited to come to this practice but I'm glad the reviews were wrong.
I had questions we ran out of time for and some went unanswered.

Uncertain about status of prior authorization.
There were false statements in my discharge papers that led to an improper assessment and diagnosis. However, when I consulted with the clinic the staff was very helpful with my concerns and remedy to the situation.
Only negative experience; my medication is needing prior authorization. I understand they are behind, but 2 weeks already? Wish I knew what & when is the delay.
Could only get phone call. No (in clinic) visit for 6 weeks.
